The clitoris: It's the female version of the penis, except awesomer (we get more nerve endings, leaving us with even more pleasure possibilities). Still, when it comes to female ejaculation, it's the G-spot us intrepid females have to turn to.
Before getting into FE and squirting, however, we should mention that-much like achieving orgasm(s) through intercourse-it's something that only some women can do. And, much like achieving orgasm(s) through intercourse-it's not something you should feel pressured to master. Rather, you should look at it as something new to explore, and as something you can add to your sexual repertoire if (and only if) you find it enjoyable.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way, female ejaculate comes from the urethral sponge, or G-spot. So, if one were to give the G-spot some extra attention, it would presumably engorge with fluid and, when pressed, expel said fluid through the urethra. This is, at least, how it works for some women. Eager to see whether you're one of the lucky ones? There are a few, simple steps you can take.
First of all, spend a few weeks exercising your PC (pubococcygeal) muscles. Don't worry: No sweatpants or tennis sneakers required. Next time you're in the bathroom, just practice stopping the flow of your urine. The muscles you're flexing when you do that are the PC muscles. Repeat this flexing throughout the week. Three times a day, flex and relax your PC muscles. Squeeze the muscles, hold for a few seconds, and then relax. You won't be able to ejaculate if you're not fully relaxed.
On the Day of Reckoning, empty your bladder and lay down a towel. Many women feel as if they need to pee when they fool around with their G-spot and, as a result, feel hesitant to fully let go. Take these precautions so that you can more fully relax, and then get things started with some foreplay. Whether you're using your fingers, a partner's fingers, or a toy, your G-spot will be much easier to find if you're aroused because, when you're turned on, it swells with blood and fluid. Once you're feeling all revved up, insert your index finger (or other apparatus) into your vagina, turn it so that it's facing your front vaginal wall (where the belly button is), and wiggle it in a come hither gesture. If you feel a slightly rougher, somewhat ribbed patch of skin, you're in the right place. Stimulate this area by massaging your mons pubis and tapping the inside of your vaginal wall.
This may actually be enough to bring you to orgasm. If you feel a pressure similar to that you experience when you need to pee, just let go. You're on the right path. Of course, it can take some women awhile to get past that mental block caused by the fear of, well, urinating in a place where they're not supposed to be urinating (ie. anywhere outside of the bathroom).
Of course, that fear isn't the only thing that can hold women back. Some actually experience discomfort when their G-spot is stimulated. If this is the case with you, you may have to consider the possibility that squirting just isn't in the cards.
Either way, it was fun giving it a try! Right?
Make it rain!
